1. What are the event dates, and what is the duration of the program?
Gurukul 2026 will commence from August 2026 and will conclude in June 2027
2. How much time will I have to commit to it?
Gurukul 2024 aims to enhance your career and shape your future. While time investment is critical in the learning process, we recognize the time commitment required for your day job. The program expects all Gurukul participants to commit 6 to 8 hours per month at the minimum.
3. What is the eligibility criteria for this program?
SEAP invites mid-senior level managers, aspiring VP/C-level leaders, functional leaders, and senior managers/directors to join our community. Whether you’re ready for larger roles or aiming to overcome specific challenges, SEAP is your platform for growth and success.
4. Can I still take part in this program if neither I nor my company are from Pune?
Since all of the mentors are located in Pune, being in Pune will help you benefit the most from the program.
5. What can Gurukul participants expect from the program regarding learning modalities and tools available?
Engage in personalized and one-on-one mentor conversations for tailored guidance. Gurukul provides a platform to connect with industry leaders, delve into inspirational stories, and share motivational insights. Access valuable business insights, embark on a journey of digital learning, and foster introspection. Learn the art of setting and achieving objectives, and immerse yourself in self-transformation opportunities. This holistic approach ensures a well-rounded and impactful developmental experience.
6. Are there any charges?
All the Gurukul participants will get access to exclusive learning content, external speakers, inspiring leaders, and, most importantly, the best mentors from the industry. For this, a nominal one time administrative Fee of Rs. 50,000 plus GST will be charged.
7. Is it possible to pick your mentors?
Certainly. You have the option to choose your mentor, with the opportunity to select three preferences. While the likelihood of getting one of your top three choices is high, in rare circumstances, you may be asked to consider a fourth mentor.
8. Will I get a certification for this program?
A course completion certificate will be awarded to each participant at the convocation ceremony. You can find glimpses of the previous Gurukul convocation ceremonies here.
9. Can I interact with/work with multiple mentors?
Your mentor will be with you on the entire journey. However, you will have the opportunity to talk to other mentors on specific topics.
10. Does this program give me access to other SEAP activities and networking events?
Absolutely. As a valued member, you will enjoy exclusive access to all SEAP events.
11. I am seeking a promotion in my current organization; how does this program help me achieve that?
While SEAP does not take part in operational activities of individual organizations, Gurukul will equip you with necessary skillset and capabilities and help you excel in your current role.
12. Does successful completion of the program qualify me to apply for SEAP EC?
SEAP consistently seeks leaders willing to contribute to the community. The final decision to be a part of the Executive Council (EC) rests with the governing body during the Annual General Meeting (AGM). We are glad to tell you that the present SEAP Executive Committee includes two leaders from the inaugural Gurukul program.

From ``Thinking`` to ``Doing``: My Journey at Seap Gurukul Reflecting on the incredible experience at Seap Gurukul, where the learning went beyond theory and directly into practice. When it came time to present my key takeaways, I knew I had to apply what I’d absorbed. For my presentation, I ditched the traditional PPT and instead focused on: The Art of Storytelling: Learning from Mr. Ravishanker Iyer, I wove a narrative around my personal and professional growth, making the journey relatable and impactful for the jury. The Rule of 1-3-9: I used this framework to structure my presentation, simplifying complex ideas into a clear and memorable 1 overarching theme, 3 key learnings, and 9 supporting points. High Engagement with UNO Cards: The most fun part? Using a deck of UNO cards to create a dynamic and interactive Q&A session with the jury. The response was phenomenal! It broke the ice and allowed for a unique, spontaneous dialogue.
