We wrapped up an intense, high-decibel session on 27th February that truly lived up to its name “Experience the Chaos.” It was a powerful deep dive into the messy reality of building a winning product, whether you’re a young startup or an established company grappling with innovation.
The Setup:
24 participants. 6 teams. 2 hours of high-stakes startup simulation using Traction, a game of new product development and GTM.
The Grind:
Teams navigated the chaos of Product-Market Fit and Go-To-Market execution, making rapid trade-offs between feature builds, customer insights, and aggressive user acquisition.
The Pressure:
The room was buzzing as teams grappled with extreme uncertainty, trying to scale paid users while desperately protecting their cash runway.
The “Aha!” Moments:
The post-game debrief, expertly facilitated by Ali Hafizji, was eye-opening. It surfaced hidden patterns and blind spots in how we prioritize under pressure versus how we believe we do.
It’s clear, when you turn “strategy” into a “game,” the real learning begins.
